Made-to-Order Production
What does made-to-order mean?
Every EAS product is produced individually when you place your order. Nothing is held in bulk stock. This ensures quality, reduces waste and means your piece is made specifically for you.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because production begins shortly after your order is confirmed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to amend anything.
Processing and Delivery
How long does production take?
Most products are produced within 3–7 business days before dispatch.
How long does delivery take?
Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. International times vary by destination.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Shipping costs and estimated times are calculated at checkout.
Tracking
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. You will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details where available.
My tracking hasn't updated — what should I do?
Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update. If it hasn't moved after 5 business days, please contact us.
Returns and Damaged Items
What is your returns policy?
We cannot accept returns for change of mind on made-to-order items. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will arrange a replacement or refund. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the damage and packaging.
Colour and Screen Variation
Will colours look exactly as on screen?
We work hard to ensure accurate colour representation. However, slight variations between screen and print are normal and do not constitute a fault.
Can I order a wallpaper sample first?
Yes. Samples are available so you can check colour, texture and scale before purchasing a full roll.
Artwork Sizes
How do I choose the right size?
Measure your wall and use painter's tape to mark out dimensions before ordering. A piece should generally occupy around two thirds of the wall width above a sofa or bed.
Are custom sizes available?
Custom sizing may be available through our bespoke service. Complete the Start Your EAS Project questionnaire to tell us about your requirements.
Canvas Depths
What is the difference between 2.5 cm and 4.5 cm depth?
The depth refers to the wooden stretcher frame thickness. A 2.5 cm depth gives a standard gallery finish. A 4.5 cm deep edge creates a more substantial, premium presence — particularly striking for larger pieces.
Wallpaper Measuring and Samples
How do I measure for wallpaper?
Measure wall height and width, multiply for total square meterage, then add 10–15% for trimming. Wallpaper is sold by roll length — check the product page for roll dimensions.
Can I order a sample first?
Yes. We strongly recommend ordering a sample before purchasing full rolls.
Is the wallpaper suitable for all walls?
Walls should be clean, dry, smooth and primed before application. Follow the hanging instructions included with your order.
Product Care
Canvas prints
Dust gently with a soft dry cloth. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight. Do not use water or cleaning products on the canvas surface.
Cushions and throws
Care instructions are included with each product. Most can be gently hand washed or machine washed on a delicate cycle.
Serving trays
Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Do not submerge in water or use a dishwasher.
