Shipping & Delivery

At Envisioned Alchemy Studio, every product is created or prepared to order. This allows us to produce each piece with care, reduce unnecessary stock and maintain the quality expected from EAS.

Because our fine-art prints, canvas pieces, wallpaper and homeware may be produced by different specialist studios, items from the same order may be dispatched separately and arrive in more than one parcel.

Goods remain at our risk until they enter the physical possession of the customer or a person identified by the customer to receive them, provided the carrier was selected or offered by EAS. Where a customer independently arranges their own carrier, risk passes when the goods are handed to that carrier.

Order Processing

Most EAS products enter production shortly after an order is placed. Production time is separate from delivery time.

Typical production periods are:

  • Fine-art prints: approximately 2–5 working days
  • Canvas, wallpaper and homeware: approximately 1–5 working days
  • Framed, mounted, oversized or bespoke pieces: approximately 5–10 working days, or longer where stated

Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays. Production may take slightly longer during busy periods, product launches or seasonal holidays.

Estimated Delivery Times

The following timeframes are estimates from the date the order is placed. They include a reasonable allowance for both production and delivery.

United Kingdom

  • Fine-art prints: approximately 6–10 working days
  • Canvas, wallpaper and homeware: approximately 4–10 working days
  • Framed, oversized or bespoke items: approximately 10–18 working days

Europe and the United States

  • Fine-art prints: approximately 6–10 working days
  • Canvas, wallpaper and homeware: approximately 6–14 working days
  • Framed, oversized or bespoke items: approximately 10–20 working days

Canada and Other International Destinations

  • Fine-art prints: approximately 6–15 working days
  • Canvas, wallpaper and homeware: approximately 7–18 working days
  • Framed, oversized or bespoke items: approximately 12–25 working days

These delivery periods are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Remote locations, customs processing, severe weather, courier disruption and seasonal demand may result in additional time.

Shipping Charges

Available shipping services and the applicable delivery charge will be shown at checkout after the delivery address has been entered.

Shipping charges can vary according to the destination, parcel size, product type and whether an item requires specialist or oversized packaging.

Where products are produced by different specialist studios, separate parcels may be required. Any shipping charge presented at checkout will apply to the order as displayed before payment.

Separate Deliveries

An order containing different product types may arrive in separate deliveries. For example, a fine-art print may be dispatched separately from a cushion, throw, rug, tray, canvas or wallpaper order.

Receiving one parcel does not necessarily mean that the remainder of the order has been missed. Separate tracking information may be issued for each shipment.

Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be sent after the item has completed production and has been dispatched.

Please allow a short period for the tracking link to become active after the dispatch notification has been issued.

Some orders may contain more than one tracking number because products can be sent from different production studios.

International Orders, Customs and Import Charges

EAS ships to the international destinations made available at checkout.

Some orders may be produced closer to the delivery destination to reduce journey times and unnecessary cross-border shipping. However, international orders may still be subject to local customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the recipient. EAS does not control or determine charges imposed by local customs authorities.

Customs processing may also extend the estimated delivery period.

Delivery Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

Please check the recipient name, building number, street, postcode, town, country and contact details carefully before submitting the order.

If an address needs to be corrected, contact EAS immediately. Because products are made to order and production may begin quickly, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered production or been transferred to the delivery carrier.

Additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery or repeated delivery failure may be payable by the customer before an order can be resent.

Delivery Attempts and Missed Deliveries

Depending on the carrier and parcel type, a signature may be required. If no one is available to receive the parcel, the carrier may make another attempt, leave collection instructions or deliver the parcel to an authorised local collection point.

Customers are responsible for following the carrier’s tracking information and arranging redelivery or collection within the period provided by the carrier.

Delayed Orders

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but cannot be guaranteed. Please allow three additional working days beyond the estimated delivery period before reporting an order as delayed.

If an order has not arrived after this period, contact EAS with:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The delivery address
  • Details of the item that has not arrived

EAS will review the tracking information and contact the relevant production or delivery partner where necessary.

Lost Parcels

A delayed parcel is not automatically considered lost. Carriers apply their own investigation periods before confirming that a shipment has been lost.

Once the carrier has completed its investigation and confirmed that the parcel is lost, EAS will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund in accordance with the circumstances of the order and the customer’s legal rights.

Damaged Deliveries

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If an item or its packaging arrives damaged, contact EAS as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the damage
  • Photographs of the complete item
  • Close-up photographs of the damage
  • Photographs of the outer packaging and shipping label

Please retain the item and all original packaging while the issue is being reviewed, as the carrier or production studio may require further evidence.

Reporting an issue outside the suggested 48-hour period does not remove any statutory rights you may have.

Orders Containing Pre-Order or Bespoke Products

Pre-order, personalised, commissioned, commercial and bespoke products may have different production and delivery schedules.

Where a different timeframe applies, it will be confirmed on the product page, during the consultation process or in the written project quotation.

Delivery for Trade and Commercial Projects

Hotels, restaurants, creator studios, show homes, property businesses, interior designers and other commercial clients may require staged deliveries, bulk shipping, specialist packaging or delivery to multiple locations.

Commercial delivery arrangements and charges will be confirmed as part of the approved project proposal. Installation is not included unless it is expressly listed in the quotation.
