What Is Not Included
This service does not include major photo restoration, rebuilding missing faces, replacing backgrounds, adding or removing people, changing clothing, colourisation or inventing personal details absent from the original photograph.
How to Send Your Photograph
After checkout, email your highest-quality original photograph to envisionedalchemy@gmail.com. Include your EAS order number in the email subject so we can match the photograph to your purchase.
Attach the original image file rather than pasting it into the email body. Avoid screenshots, social-media downloads and WhatsApp-compressed copies when the original file is available.
Image Suitability
Every photograph is assessed before work begins. Results depend on the quality and detail contained in the original file.
If the photograph is unsuitable for meaningful enlargement, EAS will contact the customer. The customer may provide another photograph or receive a refund.
Processing Time
Digital enhancement is normally completed within three to five working days after the photograph has been received and accepted.
Privacy
Customer photographs are used only to assess and complete the order. They are not used in marketing, social media or the EAS portfolio without separate written permission.
